All engineering engagements with Opstin Technologies are subject to a formal statement of work. Our solutions are provided on a clinical basis, focusing on predefined technical outcomes.
Unless otherwise specified by contract, all proprietary ventures developed internally remain the exclusive property of Opstin Technologies. Client-specific custom code ownership is transferred upon full settlement of engagement terms.
Unauthorized use of QanoonMate, Memolink, or any other proprietary lab output is strictly prohibited. We maintain absolute control over system access to ensure institutional security.
Opstin Technologies provides expert technical advice. However, the final operational responsibility remains with the client organization. We build resilient systems, but we do not assume legal liability for organization-level decisions.
